Vintage Advertising Knox Gelatin Gel It! and Dishes That Fly Pamphlets

Item:
Gel It! and Dishes That Fly Knox Gelatin Pamphlets.  They are very thin because they were promotional recipe pamphlets.
Condition:
There is some wear to the pamphlets, the Gel It! has some bends and wrinkles but overall is in good condition, the Dishes that Fly one picture on the front the color is ripped off in a spot (see photo 5).
Markings/Measurements:
The Gel It on has a date of 1963. Gel It! : About 6 inches wide by 9 inches long.  Dishes That Fly: About 8.5 inches wide and 11 inches long
