I was friends with Joe DeRita. This came out of his garage rafters behind his house on Moorpark in North Hollywood. It had water damage which may or may not add to the charm.
It comes complete. The envelope is open with one of the flaps attached to the cover letter. Everything shown is self explanatory showing any stains. However, the stamps that were folded for the envelope did get wet on the blank side so the image shown appears that they were perforated but are not. They are simply stuck at at the original fold not affecting the images other than what is shown.
