is recommended for children 1 - 4 years old.
12-13 inch tie
is recommended for children 5 - 8 years old.
15-16 inch tie
is recommended for children 8 - 16 years old.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund.  Items being returned must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund.  After the 30 day window has elapsed, returns will no longer be accepted.  Items need to be sent back within 5 business days of seller accepting return.  Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.  Return shipping is a the buyer's expense.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed; with all tags attached.  Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and placed inside an additional polymailer or box, for return shipping transit.  Damage to the packaging makes item ineligible for return.  If items are returned damaged, they may be shipped back to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
