    1960s Vintage Simplicity Sewing Pattern 5689, Counted and Complete
    Men's Proportioned Shirt with Short or Long Sleeves

    Neck: 16.5" / 42 cm
    Sleeves: 34-35-36 in. / 87-89-92 cm
    The envelope states: Sized for Perfect Fit:
    Short: 5'6" and under;
    Average: 5'7" to 5'10"; and
    Tall: 5'11" and over
    Pattern piece "A" (Shirt Front) was altered by the former owner, who made a clean vertical cut from the hemline to just under the placement for the pocket. It can be easily taped back together without affecting the use of the piece. Pattern and instructions are in fair to good condition with tanning. Envelope is tanned, shows wear along the edges and flap, and has merchant's stamp on the front. No strong odors. Pattern is kept in an archival cellophane sleeve and will be mailed in a rigid cardboard mailer.
